Processing 

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place an order. Once we receive a notice that an order is placed, your package will be put together and shipped within 3 business days with some exceptions, including special orders. Products marked as special orders will take longer to ship. An estimated shipping date will be included in the product description.

Shipping 

Currently, shipping is limited to within Canada. A notification will be sent once your package has been shipped. Shipping cost and times will depend on the shipping method you choose during check out.

Refund Policies

A lot of thought and effort was put into trying to make our products something we can stand for and everyone can enjoy. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hlay.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will not be accepting returns for any products if we are not made aware of any issues within 15 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges if notified within 15 days of receiving the item and if the new item the exchange is for is still in stock. If you want to exchange an item for another size/colour/product, you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the new item will be sent. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
